The SixFour3 franchise team will welcome you to a corporate location for up to three days for initial franchise training, with both classroom and on-the-job training provided. Our team will then join you at your facility for up to five days at the launch of your business. Plus, you will have access to our exclusive technology tools and program, and our confidential operations manual to help operate your facility properly on a day-to-day basis.
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $393,500 to $741,000 per location. This includes a $42,500 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund your initial business growth stages.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We charge a royalty fee of 6% of gross revenues, along with monthly technology, software and back office support fees. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services, training, and the continued development of programs and systems upgrades to guide you as you own a sports franchise with SixFour3. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
SixFour3 franchise owners are required to spend a minimum of 2.5% of gross revenues per month on local marketing and at least $5,000 to promote their Grand Opening activities. Franchise owners will also contribute 2.5% of revenues into the brand development fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies and materials designed to help promote the SixFour3 brand.
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
